5 rows from the stage at celine 4 aleena's birthday celebration, brysen turns 2, hiking, lunches with grandma waite and co., theme dinners with hawks/polad families (thanks for the awesome fettuccine alfredo danny!), mini- golfing, bumper boats, oh yeah, and a trip to new york (I left my digital camera in my jeep by mistake!)...these are a few of my favorite things!

I guess I'm the only person I know whose church time hasn't changed in the new year...except Jen...Calvary Chapel doesn't change time...OR my athiest and/or agnostic friends...I don't think they have much problem with time change either...I think even my satan worshiping friend's church is an hour later from 2am to 3am...MY church service is still 9.30-10 am every sunday morning...mostly music, with a short and lovely "spoken word"...I can't imagine sitting through one, two, or even three hours of church...ew...I recently tried out the local Episcopal Church...NO THANKS...stand up, sit down, kneel down, stand up, sing, recite, sit down, pass the plate, sit down, stand up...WHAT?!? I mean, they seem like a nice bunch of people and all BUT the church service has got to go!...SO...I'm sticking to my church service and LOVING IT!

Ring Christmas Bells!

Ring Christmas Bells! This weekend I journeyed up to Ogden, Utah to stay with Mom, Breon, and Aleena AND to experience the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Christmas Event...this has got to be my favorite singing group...OF ALL TIME! Mom had 4 tickets so Grandma Waite, Aleena, Aunt Darlene and myself were able to attend. Mom and Breon and Aunt Kaylene and Uncle Greg were security for the event. This is certainly one of my top ten favorite shows EVER seeing live...the only Christmas event that comes close is the Radio City Christmas Spectacular and I love the Temple Square show the best! I drove my Jeep (The Gorn Mobile) on it's maiden voyage...SO FAR it is performing almost as perfect as The Choir! Thank you Mom for your generosity this weekend and for ringing in a wonderful Christmas Holiday!
